DO NOT SHOP HERE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! First of all we went to pick up our kitchen table and there was no one to help us load it up, we waited and waited while the entire staff sat around to help new customers and not finish their sale with people who have already paid. I recently bought a kitchen table and a sectional sofa and a lamp I got home and there were 2 lamps in 1 box so turners began calling 5 times a day for me to return the lamp as if i stole it and in my busy schedule i cannot do so on their mistake, i am 35 miles from turners and both ways would be 70 miles so we told them it would be fine if they picked it up at a time when we'd be home. Well they came out when we were at work as we stated, so to ease my frustration with turners and my new purchases my father in law went and paid for the lamp and turners gladly accepted without another word! Terrible business skills and people skills! We spent $2,000 and they harass us about a $59 lamp I am disgusted about the whole experience and wish I went elsewhere!
